Child Care Search is a free and confidential child care resource and referral service provided by Child Care Resources for parents and families.
Parents and families can call Child Care Search for information on locating and choosing early care and education and school-age child care programs, financial assistance to afford the cost of child care, and answers to child development and parenting questions.

- Child Care Search parent counselors are available by phone or in person, Monday - Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm.
- Parents will receive a list of referrals to programs that meet their family's needs, including preferred type of care, location, operating hours, program costs, licensing information and many other program features not available on the North Carolina Division of Child Development website.
