Welcome to Child Care eSearch! Child Care Resources Inc. (CCRI) offers three options to assist you in your search for early care and education and school-age child care programs. CCRI’s Child Care eSearch provides comprehensive information about licensed and legally exempt child care programs in Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, Union, Rowan and Stanly counties.

Child Care eSearch Basic is a free service for a thirty-day period that provides you access to the following information about licensed and license-exempt early care and education and school-age child care programs in Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, Union, Rowan and Stanly counties:

  • Unlimited searches for child care programs
  • Referrals to a maximum of 10 randomly selected programs per search that meet self-selected criteria (listed in descending star order)
  • Program name
  • Type of care
  • Type of license (Find out more about N.C.’s star rated child care licenses)
  • Program address
  • Program phone number
  • Licensed child capacity
  • Days/hours of operation
  • Ages of children served
  • Preferred Child/Staff Ratio By Age
  • Fees
  • Financial assistance, if available
  • Transportation, if available
  • Year program first provided service
  • Date of most recent provider record update

Sign Up Now for Child Care eSearch Plus

Child Care eSearch Plus, available for a low $25 six-month membership fee, enables you to conduct an unlimited number of searches, for multiple types of care, and for one or more children at the same time. Child Care eSearch Plus provides access to the following information about licensed and license-exempt early care and education and school-age child care programs in Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, Union, Rowan and Stanly counties:

  • Referrals to a maximum of 10 randomly selected programs per search that meet self-selected criteria (listed in descending star order)
  • Program name
  • Type of care
  • Type of license
  • Star rating licensing points awarded: (Find out more about N.C.’s star rated child care licenses): Program, Compliance History, Staff Education
