Refund Policy 

Professional Development Workshops

Payment Methods
Child Care Resources Inc. accepts cash, money orders, checks, Visa, MasterCard.  All workshops must be prepaid.

Pre-payment and Pre-registration are required.  
Child Care Resources Inc. cannot accept any payment at the time of the workshop.  Registration must be completed at least one week prior to a scheduled workshop.

Payment Refunds & Transfers
Workshop fees are refundable if:

1. The participant contacts Child Care Resources’ Training Registrar at (704) 376-6697.  Contact must be made at least 24 hours in advance to cancel the workshop registration. (If a participant does not attend a workshop for which he/she has registered without canceling, payment will not be refunded.)
2. Child Care Resources Inc. cancels the workshop session.  

In the event of a cancellation, participants have the following options regarding their payment:

1. Transfer the payment and registration to the same workshop at a later date (if available)
2. Transfer payment and registration to a different workshop.
3. Apply their payment towards another individual’s registration payment for a different workshop.
4. Keep their payment on file for 6 months as credit for future use.
5. Request a refund.

Cancellation Policy
Child Care Resources Inc. reserves the right to cancel a workshop if:

1. the number of registered participants is fewer than the minimum required number of participants
2. An inclement weather advisory has been issued.

Child Care eSearch Plus

Refund requests must be sent by the user to: esearch@childcareresourcesinc.org within 30 days after registration. No partial or full refunds will be granted after this time.

To request a refund, email must have the following information:

1. User Name
2. User Email Address
3. User’s Child Care eSearch Plus Registration Date
4. Reason for Your Refund Request

Note that NOT every refund request will be accepted. Child Care Resources Inc. will issue a refund only in these cases:

1. The executable file can not run on the user’s computer, and Child Care Resources Inc. can not fix the problem.
2. The user has not received any registration information (Registration Key) from Child Care Resources Inc.
   

Child Care Resources Inc. will not issue a refund for any reason beyond its control.  For example:

1. The user’s email is not functioning correctly; or
2. The user misplaced registration information.  In this case, the user may request that Child Care Resources re-send registration information.

Donations

Donations to Child Care Resources Inc. will be refunded within 30 days only if those donations were made in error.
